We’re offering apartment homes at reduced rental rates for eligible households. Are You a Qualified Applicant?
The Lake Maggiore Workforce Housing Density Program offers a number of apartment homes where applicants may qualify if their household income falls under the 80% and 120% AMI (Area Median Income) range. See exhibit below for suggested income limits based on household size.

What Do I Need to Pre-Qualify?
To begin the application and to get on the Lake Maggiore waitlist, we ask that you present the following documents:
- Completed application for every household member 18 years of age and older.
- 6 months of checking account statements, 1 month of savings account, 4 most recent consecutive pay statements.
- Additional documents may be required depending on each person's individual income and assets.
